Golden Pod Ghana Limited is a private limited liability company wholly Ghanaian owned. The company was put together to process cocoa in all its forms and promote the consumption and utilization of cocoa.
Believing in the health and nutritional value of cocoa, the company developed its cocoa powders in unsweetened form and chocolate powder form. These products are non-Alkalized and non-malted to make their high cocoa content to be utilized by all ages. Currently, the company has been working on chocolates and cosmetics hoping to maintain the quality of our products. We have undertaken to promote cocoa consumption through an initiative called ‘Cocoa Café’.
So far two cafes have been located in the capital Accra. Golden Pod brand has already won two awards in the cocoa sector. Cocoa Beverage of the Year 2021 award and cocoa consumption promotion campaign of the year 2021. Our products are in major shopping malls in Ghana and have been exported to the sub-region and beyond (Togo, Sierra Leone, Kenya)
